Three sites, one register

How we rebuilt aipokit.com and jueewo.ventures so the family tells one story to people — without turning either site into the other — and what holds the three surfaces together visually.

At a glance

Client. Inside the studio — jueewo ventures GmbH and the Aipokit product surface.
Brief. Align public sites with the 2026 positioning lock: bare product name on aipokit, provenance on jueewo, no competing sub-brands, invite-only contact, calibrated understatement.
Outcome. Two bilingual Astro sites with a shared editorial image language, emerald/cream (jueewo) and ink-blue (Aipokit) palettes, and copy that matches the family canon end-to-end. The third surface — yawninghero.com — already owned the craft layer that makes the set cohere.
Timeline. Concentrated August 2026 pass after the competitive and GTM beachhead work.

The problem

Three public surfaces (jueewo, Aipokit, YawningHero) risked reading as three different companies. Sub-brands, open booking calendars, neon-cyan stock energy, and a proactive “top-five pharma” claim muddied what each site was for. Assistants and humans both need a clean map: who founds, who crafts, what customers run.

What we did

  • Positioning-driven copy on both sites — pilot partnership language, no public € bands on aipokit, no Calendly, bare “Aipokit” / descriptor verticals only.
  • Editorial image sets — frosted-glass / teal-sage on aipokit; emerald/cream consulting register on jueewo; sailing kept but demoted on the umbrella home.
  • Structural hygiene — menu anchors, asset paths, trademark lines, llms.txt aligned with customer-facing claims.
  • Honest deferrals — YawningHero LinkedIn later; Process & Sail parked as seasonal ExtraOpus, not lead acquisition.

The register

The rebuild only holds if the three surfaces share a craft layer — not a productised “design system” offer, just the visual and verbal rules we already run on ourselves.

Colour by role. Navy and cyan for YawningHero; warm cream and emerald for jueewo; warm cream and ink-blue for Aipokit. Different primary per surface so the visitor never confuses provenance with product.

Shared moves. Italic <em> keyword in display headings; BridgeBar attribution (“A YawningHero studio”); long-passage pacing in copy; restrained motion (fade and slide, not particle sales energy). ImmersiveScroll stays YawningHero-only — lifestyle register, not category copy.

Type and marks. Display/body pairings and wordmarks live in the studio monorepo. The italic-em signature is what we protect hardest: it is how “quiet” stays legible without shouting. No competing product monograms on public marketing pages.

Scope. Tokens, type, marks, motion, and editorial image rules for the three family sites. Not in scope: product UI chrome inside Aipokit; client brands we design for engagements.

When we take a brand engagement, this is the craft standard we already hold ourselves to. The proof is three live surfaces under one register — not a deck.

What it proves

A small studio can ship a coherent family without a rebrand agency — if the decisions come first. The visuals only work because the claim per domain is locked. The register is evidence of craft, not a service line.
