Operate & run.

Some engagements don't end with a brand book — they end with someone running the company. Dr. Jürgen Wöckl takes fractional COO / CEO / operator roles for selected ventures in our thesis lanes (decision-support, operations, regulated industries, EU tech). By engagement; long passages only.

Most brand work skips the decision problem and goes straight to the visual. We start with the decision.

Three sites, one agent-readable surface

When the studio group's prospects started asking assistants substantive questions instead of typing them into search, we rebuilt how three sites present themselves to those assistants — and added an in-site chat so the same content layer also talks credibly to human visitors. A case study from inside the studio, and the pattern any content-led business can follow.
