Waves, since 2001.
2001 agent-based models · 2008 big data · 2016 blockchain · 2023 large language models · 2026 agents. Each was announced as the wave that would change everything. Some did — quietly, years later, far from the keynotes. We built through all of them. What survived every wave was the same three things: a clear story, honest surfaces, and people who know how to work.
And still: the work.
Composure alone is not a strategy either. Companies still have to reposition their story, rebuild their surfaces, and change how the work gets done — now with agents in the room. That is what we do: deliberately, without the drama, at the pace the change deserves. And we stay until it holds.
What we take on.
